Sharing Meditation: An Exploration of Different Practices

The series of ‘Sharing Meditation’ sessions is intended to explore the meditation practices of different traditions, religious and secular. It will provide a chance to learn about, experience and reflect on different approaches to meditation.

Each one-hour session will focus on a particular meditation practice and will comprise a brief introduction, an opportunity to experience the meditation practice, and then time for discussion of the practice, the experience and beliefs associated with it. The first three sessions are:

  • Sunday 18th September 2016; 6.00-7.00 pm
  • Sunday 23rd October 2016; 4.00 – 5.00 pm
  • Sunday 20th November 2016; 2.00pm – 4.30 pm

London Inter Faith Centre.

These sessions are free to attend and are intended for those of all faiths and none.
